If you're one of those people who keeps hearing about podcasts but doesn't 
want to figure out how to access them, here's an easy way: Phonecast. You can

It updates on Thursdays, and is usually around 10 min; this week it's 13 1/2 
min. The "Frederica Here and Now" podcast is not scripted, pretty 
off-the-cuff, and often is an interview with someone interesting I met. This week's is one 
of my favorites, ranging from the nature of atoms and how we're "vigorously 
recycled" at death (to quote Bill Bryson), to the concept of the Holy Grail, 
the vessel that received Christ's blood. Hope you enjoy it.
